David Pham

David Pham is a mortgage broker at AUSUN Finance who works with first home buyers. His interest in property started at age 12, when he began managing his mum’s investment property and home loan. Since then, David has bought his own home and helped many family members and friends do the same.

Now he does the same for his clients. David wants every first home buyer to feel empowered and confident through the whole process. He stays by their side for every step, from their first question to the day they get their keys.

Before broking, David spent 10 years at Telstra as a strategist and commercial analyst. He uses those skills to plan out the numbers with each client, so they can see the full picture before they make a decision.

David enjoys getting to know people. He takes the time to understand each client’s life goals and how a loan can support them.

David speaks English and Vietnamese.

David holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).

Outside of work, David keeps active with sport and the gym.
